Walnut cake, mini
Mainly regional ingredients are used to make the popular Kaiserstühl walnut cake. The special filling consists of nuts and honey from the Kaiserstuhl nature garden. Currently, South Baden grain flour is used, although we are striving to soon be able to obtain flour again from farmers and a grain mill in the Kaiserstuhl Nature Garden. The rich and aromatic nuts come from Kaiserstühl walnut trees. With your cake purchase you contribute to the preservation of these trees and the unique Kaiserstühl landscape!
