A trained chef and ice cream confectioner who has been making ice cream and ice cream products in his hotel for many years has expanded this segment into a business of its own and focused the profile on the region. The Kaiserstühler ice cream factory came into being in Königschaffhausen. Milk and cream for the Kaiserstühler ice cream are supplied by a dairy farmer from the region, and only local fruit and vegetable products, schnapps, liqueurs and wines from the Kaiserstuhl are used as flavourings, making the ice cream a special experience.
