Kaiserstühl Speciality Bakery

The Kaiserstühl walnut cake is made according to the original recipe of the inventor Werner Weber in the Kaiserstühl speciality bakery of Daniel Jenne in Endingen-Königschaffhausen. In keeping with his motto "Baking naturally with high quality", preference is given to high-quality ingredients from the Kaiserstuhl natural garden. The idea for this product came to master confectioner Werner Weber under a walnut tree in his garden in Bischoffingen. The former confectioner is happy to have found a competent successor for his creation in Daniel Jenne, whose good reputation among connoisseurs extends as far as Switzerland and Alsace.
