The new mushroom farm of the Rein family in Breisach-Gündlingen now produces regional organic mushrooms!

As regional "imperial enjoy" products, the Pilzhof produces a mixture of classically dried noble mushrooms, as well as a high-quality organic mushroom powder for sauces, marinades, soups and pasta dishes. These are delicious mixtures of oyster mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, the taste of which is reminiscent of porcini mushrooms, among other things.
