The family farm of the Hess family runs a fruit and wine farm and produces various juices, liqueurs and schnapps in addition to a variety of wines, which have been produced exclusively organically since 2009. All products are marketed in the farm's own shop. Numerous nature conservation measures for birds and insects are carried out on the cultivated areas and thus the fruit cultivation typical of the Kaiserstuhl family farm represents an important function for nature conservation in the region. Some products such as Williams jelly and various juices are Kaiserlich genießen products.
